Please allow 2–6 business days for order processing. All orders are shipped via FedEx, and delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and its destination. Each package is fully insured by FedEx for its full retail value. Once a package is marked as delivered, COTRINO FINE ART is no longer liable for its contents.

For international orders, please note that processing and shipping times may be longer. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If an international shipment is refused and returned to COTRINO FINE ART, an e-commerce credit will be issued for the purchase amount, minus shipping costs.
